General Betting Rules

Bet Types

We accept single bets and multiples with up to 60 selections.

Multiples cannot contain more than one selection of a specific match or selections whose outcome is dependent on each other in some other way. Where a multiple with dependent selections is accidentally accepted, because of human or technical error, we reserve the right to void the bet.

In case of multiples, all references to a bet in these rules are to be understood as reference to any of the selections of a multiple.

Void Bets

When a void bet is part of a multiple, for the settlement of that multiple the respective selection is treated as winning at odds of 1.00.

Outright Markets

Outright markets are considered ‘All In’ whether ‘Run Or Not’ and therefore will be settled as lost even if the selection does not take part in the event.

Please note Dead Heat Rules apply where appropriate. A Dead Heat is calculated by dividing the stake proportionally between the number of winners in the event. So, in a two-way Dead Heat (2 winners) for example, your return will be half of what it could have been. This can be referred to as half-face value of the bet, or a bet for half the original stake. Dead heat returns are calculated by dividing the stake by the number of entrants involved in the tie.

All bets will be settled on the basis of the award ceremony or the competition’s official scoresheet, without taking into consideration the results of any subsequent investigations or disqualifications.

Match Information

All indicated dates and times are stated in your devices time zone.

We aim to ensure that all information displayed on our site is accurate, however, such information is to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any errors in regards to any information displayed e.g. kick-off time, result or venue of any given event, despite every effort being made to ensure their accuracy.

In particular, during live betting you must be aware that the current score, time elapsed, and other data, including any Live Match Tracker, provided by us may be subject to a time delay or be inaccurate. If you rely on this data to place bets, you do so entirely at your own risk. Our rules for bet settlement still apply and as such we accept no liability for any discrepancies between information displayed and how a bet is settled.

Live Betting

Bets on live events are subject to a delay during bet placement. Where we have reason to believe that despite this measure, a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off etc.) we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.

Cash Out

We might offer an option to Cash Out a bet early via the “My Bets” section. The availability of the Cash Out option is not guaranteed and can change over time. Upon acceptance of a Cash Out offer, the bet is settled for the given amount and the payout amount will not change anymore whether the remaining selections end up winning or losing. A delay of several seconds might be applied during the cash out procedure and a bet is only cashed out once it was confirmed so by our system.

Palpable Errors

Where a palpable error or system failure results in a bet being accepted on a match that has already started (except for live betting) or a bet or cash out being accepted with a palpably incorrect price, line or handicap, such a bet or cash out will be void. If the error is noticed in time we will make reasonable efforts to notify you to allow the choice of placing another bet at the correct price/line/handicap or cashing out for the correct amount.

Official Results

The outcome of a bet will be determined only by the final result on the pitch at the conclusion of any given event. Any subsequent decisions taken by disciplinary, sports or legal bodies which affect or amend that result will not be taken into consideration.

Sports Integrity

We reserve the right to declare bets on a match void if the integrity of the match has been called into question or we have sufficient reason to believe that match rigging has taken place.

Bets placed by Customers on a match where they are in any way involved (e.g. as participant, referee, coach etc.) may be declared void at our discretion.

Obfuscation and Collusion

Identical bets by a single Customer are treated as one bet when determining payout limits. This also includes multiples that are in the main the same, i.e. repeatedly containing one or more specific selections in combination with differing short-priced selections. We may also decide at our own discretion to void any such bets apart from the first bet struck.

Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same (or very similar) selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, we reserve the right to make such bets void.

Home/Away Team

The team displayed first is considered the home team and the one displayed second is considered the away team. This is especially important to note when a match is played at a neutral venue.

Odd/Even Markets

For the purposes of the odd/even markets, zero goals/points counts as even, unless specified otherwise.
