How to Withdraw to Mobile Money

At BetFox we pay winners fast. We do not make you wait days or weeks for your money. When you win, your cash out goes straight to your Mobile Money wallet.

Open the Withdrawal Page

Tap the account icon (top right) and then tap Withdraw.

Choose Your Network

Pick MTN, AirtelTigo, or Telecel (Vodafone).

Enter Amount

Type how much you want to withdraw. Minimum is GHS2. No fees – withdrawals are free.

Check and Confirm

You will see a summary with the details of your withdrawal. If all looks good, tap Withdraw to send the request.

Receive Your Money

Most withdrawals drop in your MoMo wallet within seconds. You will also get an SMS from BetFox once it is done.

Sometimes a withdrawal can go into review, for example when the amount is high or if you already made several withdrawals the same day. This is just a normal check. During the day it only takes a few minutes. If it happens late at night, relax – it will be paid first thing in the morning.

Big Wins: For amounts above GHS20,000 we recommend bank transfer, or if you use MoMo split your withdrawal over multiple days.

Good to Know

Withdrawals can only be made to the same MoMo number linked to your BetFox account. It is not possible to enter another number.
Just like deposits, MoMo operators set daily limits on how much can be received. This is outside our control. If you are not sure about your limit, please check with your operator.
You can always check the status of your withdrawals in your Withdrawal History (link at the top right of the withdrawal page). Pending withdrawals that are still in review can also be cancelled there, and the money is instantly returned to your BetFox balance.
