How to find your sports ticket ID

Here's how you can find your sports ticket ID on BetFox, step by step:

1. Login to Your BetFox Account

• Visit betfox.com.gh and log in with your username and password.

2. Tap My bets in the lower right corner of your screen.

3. View Your Betslip

• Tap on Open Bets or Settled Bets, and tap on the betslip in question.

4. Scroll down to the bottom left corner of the betslip, and copy the ticket ID number.

5. Share Your Ticket ID

• Share your ticket ID with BetFox customer service for faster resolution.
• Alternatively, you can provide the agent with the stake amount, the potential winning amount, and the date and time the bet was placed for assistance.

NB: The ticket ID number is usually a mixture of 11 or more letters and numbers.
