# How to end a Break

We’re excited to have you back—let’s get you back in the game! Follow the steps below to **end a break**:

1. **Log in to Your Account**
* Enter your **username and password** to access your account.

2. **Access the Account Restriction Settings**
* Click **Account** in the top right corner.
* Select **Account**, then click on **Account Restriction**.

5. **Removing Take a Break**
* Click **Take a Break**.
* Click **REMOVE** to deactivate **Take a Break**
* Your **Take a Break** removal will take effect after 24 hours.
