How to Deposit with Mobile Money

When you are logged in to your BetFox account, cashing in with Mobile Money is quick:

1. Tap the Yellow Plus

At the top of the screen, next to your balance, tap the yellow + button. You can also open the menu by tapping the account icon (top right) and then tap the big Deposit button.

2. Choose Your Network

Select MTN, AirtelTigo, or Telecel (Vodafone).

3. Enter Amount

Type how much you want to put in. Minimum is GHS1. The maximum depends on your own MoMo limits. BetFox cannot change those – if you hit a limit, please ask your network.

4. Confirm on Your Phone

A MoMo prompt will pop up on your phone. Enter your PIN to approve. If nothing shows, some networks let you approve it yourself in the MoMo USSD menu.

5. Get Your Confirmation

Your BetFox balance updates almost instantly. You will get an SMS from your network when the money leaves your wallet, and another SMS from BetFox confirming it is in. Sometimes there can be a small delay of a few minutes.

Good to Know

• Deposits are free – no charges.
• You can only cash in from the same MoMo number linked to your BetFox account. Using another number is not possible yet.
• If MoMo limits are too small for you, you can also deposit with bank transfer.
