Account Restrictions

At BetFox, we provide several options to help you manage your account responsibly. Follow the steps below to set deposit limits, take a break, or close your account:

Log in to Your Account
Enter your username and password to access your account.

Access the Account Restriction Settings
Click Account in the top right corner.
Select Account, then click on Account Restriction.

Available Account Restriction Options
You will see three options:
Deposit Limit
Take a Break
Close Account

Setting a Deposit Limit
Click Deposit Limits.
Enter the amount you want to set as your limit and choose the duration.
Click "LIMITS_FORM_SUBMIT" to activate your deposit limit.

Taking a Break
Click Take a Break.
Select "Choose Product" to decide whether to take a break from Sports, Casino, or All Products.
Choose the duration for your break.
Enter your password and click "Confirm" to complete the process.

Closing Your Account
Click "Reason for Account Closure" and select your reason.
If you choose "Other reasons", you will need to provide a comment explaining your reason.
Enter your password and click "Close Account" to complete the process.
