Account Reactivation

We’re excited to have you back—let’s get you back in the game! Follow the steps below to remove deposit limits, end a break, or reopen your closed account.


  1. Log in to Your Account
  • Enter your username and password to access your account.


  1. Access the Account Restriction Settings
  • Click Account in the top right corner.
  • Select Account, then click on Account Restriction.


  1. Available Account Restriction Options
  • You will see three options:
  • Deposit Limit
  • Take a Break
  • Close Account


  1. Removing Deposit Limit
  • Click Deposit Limits.
  • Click REMOVE .
  • Click REMOVE LIMIT to deactivate your deposit limit.
  • Your Deposit Limit removal will take effect after 24 hours


  1. Removing Take a Break
  • Click Take a Break.
  • Click REMOVE to deactivate Take a Break
  • Your Take a Break removal will take effect after 24 hours.


  1. Reopening a Closed Account
  • You will not be able to log into your closed account. Please contact customer support for assistance. Thank you.
